Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management software.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if certified).
- Quality Control: Perform daily cycle counts and spot checks to maintain data accuracy and product integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Organization: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and clutter-free to facilitate efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM), Monday through Friday.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read and understand work instructions.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
