Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for next-day deliveryOperate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain organized inventory and perform cycle counts
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless operational handover
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support cross-functional tasks as needed during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (Sun-Thu)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Background check and drug screen required
