Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support via phone and email during night hours.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to escalate and resolve complex tickets.
- Ensure strict adherence to SLA (Service Level Agreement) metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira).
