As a key member of our C-Suite Innovation Council, you'll influence product development cycles spanning 3-7 years, ensuring our solutions anticipate societal shifts before they emerge. This position requires exceptional communication skills to translate complex technological concepts into compelling narratives for stakeholders ranging from investors to policymakers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 10-year technology horizon scan identifying disruptive innovations across quantum, AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' incubating prototypes for 2026-2030 market entry
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and national research laboratories
- Present technology forecasts to executive leadership and investment committees
- Guide ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Mentor innovation teams in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year development cycles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or innovation frameworks
