Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, quantum-ready algorithms) to determine feasibility for our core products.
- Design secure, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling future data loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate long-term strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify potential risks in architectural decisions and propose mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with high-scale distributed systems and microservices.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Go, Rust, or Python).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about future trends.
