Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails during night shift hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with a focus on 100% customer satisfaction.
- Enter and update customer data accurately into our CRM systems to ensure record integrity.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to hand over critical tickets and information seamlessly.
- Adhere to company quality assurance standards and call scripts.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or logistics preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (40+ wpm).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during peak hours.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
