Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency and quality standards.
- Analyze production data and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective actions.
- Manage capital equipment projects and oversee installation and commissioning.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
