Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor production lines to identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production supervisors and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and develop long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards (OSHA, ISO) at all times.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices and new methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and PLM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
