Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and account information into our centralized database systems.
- Review data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies.
- Verify and reconcile data with other sources as needed.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files to ensure easy retrieval.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
- Assist in the generation of weekly and monthly reports.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous data entry experience is a plus but not mandatory for our entry-level roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 35 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
