Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for employees and clients.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and network peripherals.
- Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and equipment.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineering teams with detailed documentation.
- Conduct basic security awareness training for new staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting, VPNs, and remote access tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
