Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using AWS and microservices architecture
- Lead API integration with financial partners while maintaining PCI compliance standards
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize database performance for high-transaction payment systems
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, secure deployments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Java/Python
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes deployment
- Strong background in relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching strategies
- Proven track record of delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with fintech/payment systems highly preferred
