Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues across 200+ users
- Manage network security protocols and system access controls
- Deploy and maintain cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Document IT procedures and create troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Hands-on experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours
