Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues for employees.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of office computer systems and peripherals.
- Perform accurate data entry and manage digital records with a focus on data integrity.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement and learn new software solutions.
- Maintain an organized inventory of IT assets and office equipment.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
Qualifications
