Responsibilities

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Document customer interactions and update account information in the database.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
