Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services to find the best solutions for their needs.

- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while handling high-volume situations.

Qualifications
