Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track stock levels and update databases accurately.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure OSHA safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for our immediate hiring needs.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New Orleans facility.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
