Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
