Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets.
- Operate barcode scanners and inventory management software.
- Assist in packaging orders for shipment.
Qualifications
- No prior work experience required; we value attitude and reliability.
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the USA.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and reading labels.
- Must be punctual and willing to work flexible shifts.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
