Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment safely in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with inventory management by scanning items and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean workspace by following all safety protocols and housekeeping procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
- Follow all safety regulations (OSHA guidelines) to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
- Perform basic quality checks on products before they are packaged for shipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
