Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on first-call resolution.

- Process service orders, returns, and billing adjustments accurately.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate them to management to improve service quality.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a major plus.
