- Manage Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails regarding orders, products, and account status.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide timely, effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Accurately process new orders, returns, and exchanges using our internal software.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and transaction logs.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to existing customers.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to resolve shipping discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required for the right candidates.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be willing to work full-time hours and be available to start immediately.
