- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and accurate shipping information.
- Provide product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Document all interactions and maintain a detailed log of daily activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
