Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions (Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, MuleSoft)
- Lead technical requirement gathering and solution architecture workshops
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components
- Optimize integrations with ERP and CRM systems
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Mentor junior developers through technical guidance
- Document technical specifications and deployment processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, Lightning)
- 3+ years in technical leadership/mentorship roles
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I or higher
- Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling
