Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and server-side technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and QA engineers to define and deliver high-quality software.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and speed to ensure an exceptional user experience.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, or equivalent modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
