Responsibilities
- Lead development of scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Drive technical architecture decisions for new product features
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Automate testing and deployment processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with cloud-native architecture
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
