Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to ICU patients with complex medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatment plans as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during high-stress situations
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
- Participate in emergency response and rapid intervention protocols
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (BRN) required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years ICU/ER experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications mandatory
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Electronic Health Records (EHR) proficiency
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
