Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and sort inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and inventory counts
- Operate pallet jacks and basic material handling equipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate in team-based fulfillment operations
- Meet daily productivity quotas in climate-controlled environment
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to N. Portland facility
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for morning shifts (6AM-2PM or 8AM-4PM)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality required
- Valid ID and social security documentation
