- Oversee 20+ person night warehouse team
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics
- Implement safety protocols & OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems
- Train & mentor new night shift staff
- Resolve operational bottlenecks
- Report daily metrics to regional manager
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Proven night shift leadership background
- Forklift certification required
- Strong SAP/ERP system knowledge
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM
