Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and continuous improvement methodologies
- Conduct daily safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift and transportation teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends if needed
