Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and speed during shifts.
- Inventory Management: Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against customer orders using barcode scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
