Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack orders with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during night operations.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work a night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license (for yard driving duties, if applicable).
