Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document cases accurately in CRM system and escalate complex issues
- Collaborate with product team to identify recurring customer pain points
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product updates and service protocols
- Support 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month) for urgent issues
- Train new team members on customer service best practices
- Generate weekly performance reports and improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer support experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification required
- Experience with ticket management and SLA adherence
- Available to start within 5 business days
- Valid Arizona driver's license (occasional client site visits required)
