Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve technical issues using proprietary CRM and ticketing systems
- Collaborate with IT team to escalate complex technical challenges
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to cross-functional projects to enhance service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech/support industry
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during peak call volumes
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends during product launches
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional off-site client meetings
