Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Document patient observations accurately in EMR systems

Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
