Responsibilities
- Delight residents with personalized assistance in daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs with meticulous attention to detail
- Administer medications accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records
- Collaborate seamlessly with nursing staff to create individualized care plans
- Respond promptly to resident needs with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, safe environment following infection control protocols

Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Arch Street facility
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
