Responsibilities
- Deliver urgent care assessment and treatment for diverse patient populations
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and wound care with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document electronic health records accurately and efficiently
- Educate patients on preventive care and treatment protocols
- Maintain emergency response readiness in high-volume settings
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kentucky
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years urgent care or emergency experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
