Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for enterprise clients during high-volume weekend periods.
- Remote & On-Site Assistance: Diagnose problems via remote access tools and escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Customer Communication: Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic solutions to clients, ensuring high satisfaction scores.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical logs and case notes within the CRM system.
- System Monitoring: Proactively monitor system performance and alert the team to potential outages.
- Training & Mentorship: Assist in onboarding new support staff and sharing best practices with the weekend team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex technical problems independently.
