Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
