What You'll Do
As our Technical Recruiter, you will own the full lifecycle of recruiting for our key clients in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will work directly with hiring managers to understand their needs and source the best talent available.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles using LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards.
- Conduct high-volume phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical and soft skills.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless placement.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for future openings.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to meet weekly and monthly placement targets.
- Manage the candidate onboarding process to ensure a great first impression.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the IT and technical landscape is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation to visit clients in Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
- Ability to start within 2 weeks of accepting the offer.
