Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new temporary and permanent staff members, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently daily, ensuring all timesheets and credentials are verified.
- Maintain a high-volume pipeline of active candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to match the best talent with client needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and provide market insights.
- Handle administrative duties including resume screening, scheduling, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, resolving issues in real-time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or staffing/human resources is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (ATS experience is a major plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional on-site client visits).
