Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new temporary and permanent staff members, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently daily, ensuring all timesheets and credentials are verified.
  • Maintain a high-volume pipeline of active candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to match the best talent with client needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and provide market insights.
  • Handle administrative duties including resume screening, scheduling, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, resolving issues in real-time.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or staffing/human resources is highly preferred.
