Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume technical recruiting strategies to fill roles ranging from Junior Developers to CTO-level executives.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub) to source passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offer packages.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of qualified candidates in the Dallas tech ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and optimize hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical job roles (Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, etc.).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
