Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build a deep pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully placing high-level technical talent in competitive markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
