Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, printer malfunctions, and operating system errors.
- Document all technical interactions and solutions in our ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Collaborate with the IT department to escalate complex issues and implement long-term fixes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to our service level agreements (SLAs).
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and software updates to provide accurate advice.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Available to start immediately upon offer acceptance.
