Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2026 net-zero targets
- Conduct lifecycle assessments and carbon footprint analysis for all products
- Lead ESG reporting initiatives ensuring compliance with GRI and SASB standards
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate circular economy principles
- Manage stakeholder engagement including investors, regulators, and community partners
- Drive supplier sustainability programs and ethical sourcing initiatives
- Implement data-driven sustainability metrics and KPI tracking systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate sustainability management
- Proven track record of achieving measurable carbon reduction targets
- Expertise in ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting standards
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in sustainability software
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSEP) preferred
- Experience developing supplier sustainability programs
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and stakeholder presentations
