Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2026 climate targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling eco-innovation projects
- Analyze ESG data to identify opportunities for resource optimization and waste reduction
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, NGOs, and government agencies
- Design and implement carbon-neutral supply chain initiatives
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles across product lifecycles
- Report on sustainability KPIs to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or MBA with sustainability focus
- 7+ years in corporate sustainability or innovation management
- Proven expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams with measurable impact
- Certification in LEED, Six Sigma, or similar sustainability methodology
- Strong data analytics skills with sustainability reporting tools
- Deep knowledge of emerging green technologies (carbon capture, bio-materials)
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement
