- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks and stakeholder engagement protocols
- Manage $5M+ sustainability budget with ROI-driven project prioritization
- Drive innovation in climate tech partnerships and renewable energy adoption
- Mentor cross-functional teams on sustainable business practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 10+ years progressive experience in corporate sustainability leadership
- Proven track record of achieving carbon neutrality targets in manufacturing
- Expertise in GRI, SASB, and TCFD reporting standards
- Strong background in climate risk assessment and adaptation planning
- Experience managing ESG investment portfolios and green financing
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in sustainability software like SAP S/4HANA ESG
