Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive technology roadmap aligned specifically with FY 2026 strategic goals and market trends.
- Lead architectural design reviews and make critical decisions to ensure scalability, security, and high performance of our core systems.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to integrate emerging technologies, such as Generative AI and Edge Computing, into existing workflows.
- Define and drive the migration strategy for legacy systems to modern, microservices-based architectures.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or technical director role.
- Expert proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience in defining and executing multi-year technology roadmaps for enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns and data governance principles.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
