Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology and product roadmap, aligned with the company's vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Market Foresight & Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Green Tech) to identify disruptive trends and competitive advantages.
- Innovation Incubation: Design and pilot experimental projects that validate new business models and technological approaches before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and operational teams.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate relationships with industry thought leaders, research institutions, and technology partners to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D management, or technology consulting, with a specific focus on long-term forecasting.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think long-term (5-10 years) and translate high-level concepts into concrete business outcomes.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, specifically within the software and data sectors.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with high ambiguity.
