Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with company vision.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Identify emerging technology trends and integrate them into our long-term product strategy.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for all 2026 strategic projects.
- Present quarterly roadmap updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Mitigate risks and resolve bottlenecks in cross-functional project pipelines.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the technology department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in product management, technology strategy, or technical program management.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, forward-looking technology projects.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, Cloud Infrastructure).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
