Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions that drive our core business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and senior engineers, to define product requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code using modern engineering best practices.
- Participate actively in peer code reviews to ensure quality and share knowledge.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and propose innovative technical solutions.
- Engage in mentorship programs and continuous technical training.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, or Go.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), or database management is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a passion for building user-centric products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
